Maxwell Is Incredible

Hello #####! My name is Maxwell, I'm 12 years old, and I'm one of Jim's MenTerns at Mezzacello. As a MenTern I help Jim teach all of the kids at camp. This week the theme for our camp is all about wind power and how we can use it.

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of being a MenTern and leading other children is making sure they're entertained, and curious about what you're teaching them. I find that lots of kids like simple crafts that we can do to show what we're teaching. Having them use their imagination and being creative is very useful when you want to keep kids happy.

Teaching And Doing

Thanks, Maxwell. The title of this blog was chosen by Maxwell, in case you couldn’t tell. That part was Maxwell's required writing assignment for the Wind, Sun and Renewable Energy Summer Camp. It will accompany a blog post on my website along with his research.
