Leadership Academy II is the second of a three-part workshop series focused on developing skills and experiences in young leaders. It is offered twice, once in the morning and once in afternoon. This event is the afternoon event.
The session covers Team-Building, Developing Empathy, and Creating Culture
In this session we will discuss the importance of building strong teams, the role empathy and vulnerability plays in building strong leaders and engaged followers. Lastly we will explore how we build and encourage a culture of collaboration. The workshop concludes with a video of a presentation. Ages 10-16.
