Leadership Academy III is the Third of a three-part workshop series focused on developing skills and experiences in young leaders. It is offered twice, once in the morning and once in afternoon. This event is the afternoon event.
The session covers Character-Building and Accountability
In this session we will discuss the importance of character in building and enabling trust in a leader and with followers. The respect/self-respect framework is modeled here, and we will explore accountability as an aspect of leadership. The workshop concludes with a video of a presentation. Ages 10-16.
