Refunds and Cancellations Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens. But we must set some terms for cancellation of any event.

  1. Any client cancellation within one-week of the event will receive a complete refund. See Exchanges below for more details.

  2. If a client has to reschedule the event in less than 48 hours in advance, there is a 50% refund.

  3. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours, can not be refunded.

  4. If client attendance is being comped by a grant or scholarship, there is no refund.

  5. Unexpected client cancellations or chronic no-shows can result in refusal to offer an event space in the future.

  6. Every client should be aware of this cancellation policy.

  7. We are grateful to the people who support our programs. It is our goal to be the best experience possible, and that includes you!

REFUNDS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

EXCHANGES

In the event that a client has canceled their event within the appropriate amount of time, we are open to exchanging a date for another camp.

If there are no other camps with spaces available, we will offer a voucher coupon to attend an event later. Vouchers expire after 13 months.
