The Foodist Blogs
With access to fresh food and gardens, what else could we do?
The Foodist is our blog and cooking education initiative to demonstrate how sustainability can also be savory and superb.
We find recipes and tweak them, adding ways we integrate fresh vegetables, herbs, and protein resources available on an urban farm into the meals we eat her at Mezzacello Urban Farm. When ingredients are required that we can’t produce, we tell you. But when we can produce them, we SHOW you. Become a foodist with us!
